Soup of the day made with fresh market produce

Filo pastry basket filled with north Atlantic prawns in a Marie Rose sauce, a mixed salad and balsamic reduction

Homemade chicken liver pate served with oatcakes, caramelised onions, dressed leaves and port reduction

Fanned honeydew melon with fruit sorbet and fruit coulis

Haggis bon-bon with whisky gravy

Steamed mussels in spicy tomato sauce
